Concussions in older adults are frequently overlooked or mistaken for normal aging, delaying proper diagnosis and treatment. This course equips rehabilitation professionals with evidence-based tools to identify concussion-related impairments and implement targeted strategies that support recovery, reduce fall risk, and improve outcomes in the aging population.

Rebecca Bliss

PT,DPT,DHSc

Becky Bliss, PT, DPT, DHSc is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center and Program Coordinator for the University of Missouri’s Neurological Physical Therapy Residency. With over 24 years of clinical experience, she specializes in concussion management and holds advanced certifications in vestibular rehabilitation. Dr. Bliss is actively involved in national committees and research focused on improving concussion care and identifying subtle neuromotor control deficits in clinical practice.
